A family owned business centre

Geddes House is a family owned company, which allows us to provide a personal service to our clients and tailor offices and leases to your needs. We have been operating two business centres in the centre of Livingston for over 10 years: serviced offices at Geddes House and self-managed offices at Ochil House.

Our team can help with anything from changing the layout of an office to meeting utility companies on your behalf, and we have a dedicated team of maintenance staff on hand. Once you have moved in, we will promote your company internally.
